QW Careers
Help clients create homes with pieces worth keeping.
QW Furniture is a local, family-owned furniture store specializing in upper-end, handcrafted furniture. We serve clients who value real wood, thoughtful design, lasting quality, and a professional experience from the first showroom conversation to final home delivery.
A higher standard of furniture deserves a higher standard of service.
We are not a fast-furniture store, and we are not looking for pushy sales tactics. Our work is consultative, detail-oriented, and rooted in helping clients make confident decisions about furniture that may be part of their home for decades.
Design-minded consultation
We help clients think through rooms, proportions, wood species, finishes, upholstery, storage needs, and how each piece will live in their home.
Products you can believe in
Our furniture is built with quality and integrity. You will never be asked to sell something of poor quality to an unobserving customer.
Collaborative sales culture
Our team-based commission share program keeps staff working together, with shared upside when the store has a strong month.
Open positions
We are looking for energetic, outgoing professionals with strong taste, excellent communication skills, and the drive to help clients turn design opportunities into beautiful, fully furnished realities.
